Graduate Sessions

Graduate Sessions was a series of seminars and symposia conducted by Syracuse Architecture graduate students. Interviews with leading scholars and practitioners were captured in a series of pamphlets that offered unique insights into the work of the school’s guests.

After a few years of creating the event posters, I was brought aboard as a co-editor with professor Jon Yoder for issue 06 and was made editor-in-chief for the remainder of the series’ run. I created the remaining issues with a revolving team of collaborators including illustrator Kervin Brisseaux, architecture theorist Mark Linder, and photographer Stephen Sartori.

All books were 2-color offset printed by Upstate Printing and used graphic elements designed for Syracuse Architecture by Michael Rock of 2×4.

Limited edition 2-color booklets. Edited by Mark Linder, Jon Yoder, and H. Design and typesetting by Aubrey Hartman and H. Set in Venus URW. Published 2005–2010 by Syracuse Architecture.
